    We are looking for partnerships that could help us to share and make our structure known, while being able to receive support, whether financial or otherwise, depending on the needs. Therefore, there are no particular conditions because we consider that all requests are interesting to discuss about.

  • At the bottom of all our emails, a button allows you to unsubscribe and not receive any further communication from us.

  • You will be kept informed as soon as an event is ready to be shared with the public via our Twitter (@MicON_Show) and via our Discord server (mic-on.com/discord) as well through our newsletter.
    We focus on quality rather than quantity. It is therefore essential that the event is ready & perfect before we share it with you.

Our events
  • The #FunStaff are the first animations set up by moyoguichard1 on the biggest French minecraft multiplayer platform, Ascentia. The goal of this animation is simple: to allow the Staff & the players of Ascentia platforms to play together. In other words, it allows players to see the Staff from a different angle. No more invisible & hard-working staff, it's time to relax and enjoy, with you, the games proposed by Ascentia ! The #FunStaff are normally done quite frequently (in french only).

  • At every #FunStaff, there are lots of Favours (server currency) to be won. The amount and number of prizes depends on the number of players actively participating in the event. There are also exclusive prizes such as drawings, chibis and other items. Everything depends on the animation. You are always informed about the prizes when the #FunStaff is announced.

  • The "#TournoiExplosif" are events that allow players to show who's boss. The goal? To be the best. No holds barred. Every season, the game changes. From Minecraft to CS:GO to OverWatch, anything is possible.

  • As the #ExplosiveTournament is the most popular event, it is normal that the prizes are high. In terms of value, it all depends on the partners we have with us & the money available on our side.

  • All information will be given in due time on the explosive tournament page (mic-on.fr/en/tournoiexplosif)

  • As often as possible, depending on the availability of the team. You will in any case be alerted via our social networks.

  • The "MusicOvores" are events that can be full of surprises! If you want to showcase your artistic creations related to music, whether it be dancing, singing, beatboxing or even composing, you are welcome!
    This event is one of the few that is not themed as a competition or tournament.

  • As often as possible.
    We value quality over quantity. It is therefore essential that the event is ready & perfect before we share it with you.

Discord
  • To join our discord, simply follow this link: mic-on.fr/discord.

  • If you have a problem on our discord (Question, any problem related to our structure, ...), contact our moderation team via the channel #🗨-support, located directly on our discord server.

    Please note that those with the "Merch Owner" and/or "Supporter" badges have dedicated support that allows them to be put in touch with a member of our staff more quickly.

  • Please contact us by email () explaining what happened / why you are being sanctioned for or any other message regarding your sanction. Don't forget to give us your identity so that we can remove the sanction, if required.

TeamSpeak
  • Simply download TeamSpeak from the official website (https://teamspeak.com/en/downloads).
    Once downloaded, go to the "connection" tab and enter the address ts.mic-on.fr or simply follow this link: mic-on.fr/teamspeak

  • Please contact us by email ()explaining what happened / why you are being sanctioned for or any other message regarding your sanction.

    Don't forget to give us your identity and/or IP so that we can remove the sanction, if your request is accepted.

Shop / Merch
  • Once you have purchased the product, there is no time to change your address. Contact immediately our support on Discord or via email () so that we can rectify this error. Please note that once you have received the follow-up email, you cannot change your address.

  • If you have the funds to purchase an item but the shop informs you of an error, make sure you have not entered your card details incorrectly. If, even with the necessary funds, payment is still impossible, the problem is probably with your bank: contact them and explain the problem.

  • No.
    At no point in the transaction are we informed of your details as we use an external service called GumRoad.
    They take care of the entire transaction process. We are not able to see or have any of your banking information.

  • As your product is only produced when you buy it, delivery times may vary depending on the period. Please be aware that our partners do everything possible to deliver your product as quickly as possible.

  • Once the product is about to be shipped, you will receive an email allowing you to track it through all its delivery stages. Please check your spam if you have not received the tracking email in the days following your purchase.

  • All products purchased are created, sent & delivered directly to you only when your purchase is made. Therefore, no refunds will be made if the product received matches the description.
    You have accepted this condition, which was present in the TOS at the time of your purchase.

    On the other hand, if the product has a defect despite our verifications at the time of sending, contact us as soon as possible via a Discord Ticket so that we can find a solution together.

  • We are available to answer all your questions via our Discord.

Badges & Benefits
  • These badges are given to those who actively participate in the development of the structure by purchasing a physical good on our shop.

    It allows
    - To be featured prominently on Discord & TeamSpeak with an exclusive rank;
    - Access to special & private lounges & channels;
    - To be contacted first during the beta phases;
    - Faster contact with our team.

    It is important to note that having a badge does not give any advantage at our events.

    Not all the physical elements of the shop allow you to obtain this badge, look carefully at the description of the goods you are interested in.

  • These badges are given to those who participate at the highest level in the development of the structure by making a donation via the shop.

    It allows :
    - To be featured prominently on Discord & TeamSpeak (more than the "Merch Owner" badge)
    - Access to special lounges & channels (including some exclusive to Supporters)
    - To be contacted first for testing & beta
    - To have faster & privileged contact with our team.

    It is important to note that having a badge does not give any advantage at our events.

  • Yes, it is possible to have both badges at the same time.

  • To do so, please prepare :
    - The purchase email
    - The licence key (provided in the purchase email)
    - The date of purchase
    - The delivery address (if applicable)

    Once you have gathered all this information, please open a ticket on the discord so that we can make the transfer.

    Note that if any of this information is missing, the team has the right to refuse the transfer of badges, mainly to avoid account theft.
